Meet Lisa! She is just over 6 months old. This beautiful girl is shy and nervous. It takes some time for her to settle in and trust others. Her foster siblings have taught her what life can be like with a loving, patience family. It is strongly suggested she be adopted by a family with another resident dog and a fenced in yard. Some of the things Lisa gets excited for are toys, treats, her dog friends and a playful voice. Lisa is crate trained. She has almost mastered potty training. Give this girl a shot, she needs you just as much as you need her!

This happy girl is Nellie. Very sweet, loves to cuddle, gets along great with kids, other dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals. No prey drive, loves to run laps around the yard and chew on bones and toys. Currently 6-8 months old, should end up being medium sized, around 40-50 lbs. She's crate trained, and does well on the leash. She's a typical high energy puppy right now, but will happily settle down on the couch at the end of the day.

Scooby is a sweet, gentle boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for his people. He’s incredibly affectionate and snuggly, happiest curled up next to you on the couch while you watch a movie or relax at the end of the day. He enjoys his crate time, and likes having access to it, at his free will.
He gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats and has even met goats and horses without missing a beat. Scooby would truly thrive in a home with another family dog, as he enjoys having a furry friend around. While he isn’t the type to rush up to every new person he meets, once he bonds with his people, he is deeply loyal and loving.
Scooby is doing great with his potty training and continues to improve every day. He’s playful in the sweetest way and has recently started finding his voice — his little barks are absolutely adorable. He is neutered, up to date on all his shots, and ready to find a home where he can feel safe, loved, and part of the family.

We are looking for a foster for a 2 year old border mix. She lost her home when her owner died. A family member took her in and were going to try to make it work but their dog hasn't accepted her and has gone after her a few times so they decided its not fair to her to be in that situation. They are trying to avoid dropping her at the shelter. If you are interested in fostering please let us know.

How is she with kids? We are on 5 acres away from the road but no fence, would she be ok with that? I have a female Golden and she is friendly with other dogs. I also have 2 outdoor cats, is she good with cats?

Fosters needed.
A local shelter has these boys 2.5-3 year old boys that could really do well to get in a foster home and out of the shelter. If you are interested in any of the 3 please let us know. I have attached the most recent info from the shelter...
We are still seeking placement, especially for the 2 shy-er brothers, Athos and Aramis. All the boys have made amazing progress. We vaccinated Athos and Aramis today with their boosters, and they both stood very still for their shots, and did not need to be muzzled or restrained at all.
Last week, Athos allowed us to give him a sponge bath, again with no restraint and no muzzle. His brother Porthos was in the room with him, but he was extremely tolerant for all handling, and although scared, seemed to really enjoy the body scritches that came along with the soap and water.
Aramis and Porthos both come out of their kennels without helper dogs now. Porthos is even available for adoption visits at the shelter to a home with a social, resident dog. Athos comes out much more easily, but prefers to wait for a helper dog to come say hi at the kennel gate before venturing out.
All 3 boys adore being together, and love their time in play yard every day. They love greeting other dogs and always have an appropriate greeting for their friends at the fence and on-leash.
